These terms govern use of sourcecontrolbase.digital and professional analytics governance services supplied by Sourcecontrolbase. By requesting services, you agree that a written proposal or statement of work may add project-specific terms; where they differ, the signed project terms take priority.
Website use
You may use this website for lawful business information. You must not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, introduce harmful code or reproduce substantial content without permission. Guidance is general and is not legal, regulatory or financial advice.
Professional services
Scope, deliverables, access, fees and timing are agreed in writing before work begins. You are responsible for lawful access to event data and for timely, accurate information. We provide independent analysis and recommendations; implementation and business decisions remain your responsibility.
Confidentiality and intellectual property
Each party must protect confidential information received for an engagement. You retain ownership of your data and materials. Once invoices are paid, you may use the project deliverables internally. Sourcecontrolbase retains its pre-existing methods, templates and know-how.
Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, liability is limited to direct losses and the fees paid for the affected engagement; indirect loss, lost profit and loss caused by inaccurate client information are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law
